Post by: PMZ908 on August 29, 2009, 11:37:04 am: i just got an other mail in survey from consumer opinion institute, and with a new crisp 5 dollar bill today ;D did anyone else get there second survey from consumer opinion institute?

Post by: zoocrewmom on August 29, 2009, 04:11:47 pm: I've never had that one but I had a guy come to my door last week and had me do one for I wanna say it was that particular one or another place and he paid me 5 bucks to do a survey and then I did a book survey it was 109 pages long that he paid me another 20 bucks to do. He came back and picked it up yesterday. I think pretty much our whole neighborhood did it. LOL.

That was 2 weeks ago so I'm hoping for my $5 in the mail soon. I am also looking forward to another $5 survey in the mail. Consumer opinion institute is great :) :)

I am glad they sent cash instead of a check. BUT I wonder how many mailings got trashed by mistake with the cash inside....hmmm.

Thanks to this forum and you guy posting about it, I immediately recognized the mailing and knew NOT to trash it....lol

I did the survey in between helping the kiddies with homework and cooking dinner.

Finally it's complete and will be mailed back tomorrow...yay!!!

I had almost forgot where I signed up at. But for those of you asking, it is an offer here on fusion cash. I want the man with the 20 dollar bills to come to my house though! :thumbsup:

am really sorry about that i dont remember how got into it, but, may b i registered with some offer here so, i got into the consumer opinion panel survey site try too search for it in the offers page, anyways All the best to u. :thumbsup:
