Title: I Did Not Get My $5 Bonus

I just signed up today and have completed a few offers and haven't received my $5 dollar bonus :(

Who can I contact ?

You will get it when you cash out. The same thing happened to me. Last month when i cashed out for the first time it was added to my balance. I know that may sound weird,but that's when i received my $5.00 sign up bonus.
