Title: Tv Survey Quota Exceeded
Post by: metsrock69 on July 11, 2016, 04:42:03 pm
This was a bunch of  >:(. I was doing a survey on television and a new show coming out. I was finishing off the demographics and when I went to submit it, it said quota exceeded. I think these survey companies get just so much information out of us and then DQ us because this is not the first time this has happened

This has happened to me and it stinks when it does. It happens on all my sites. It is not just a FC problem. I am always shocked and angered when it happens because I never expect it. You can open a support ticket. Maybe it will help and maybe it will not.

I hope the survey was not too long. And I hope that your next survey is interesting and pays well.

I have heard this explained elsewhere before.  The client has a specific quota number of completed responses required that they will pay for and they probably satisfied that quota AFTER you began the survey, but BEFORE you finished.  If they have a survey quota of 1000 and 750 people have responded with another 750 "in progress" taking the survey, only 250 of those survey takers are going to get paid and 500 will be out of luck.

Is it frustrating as hell? YES!    Is it survey companies trying to get information without paying for it? I really don't believe so.  It is in their best interest for us to keep coming back again and again, so it really goes against their interests to intentionally do things which would drive survey takers away.
