Ate you going to walk, run, joh, do aerobics, weight lifting or some stretching?

I ran 4 miles on a inside track

My daily activities are my exercise today.

I will doing the 30 min workout out at plant fitness along with ab exercises

I have been going to the track to walk a mile a day, that's enough for me.

I like to jog to keep my heart rate pumping

I will be doing the 30 minute plant fitness express workout and the 12 minute abs ;D ;D ;D

Mowed my lawn and I'm going to walk to the post office to mail a letter later. That's probably it for today since I did some shopping for a birthday person today. :party:
I do love hiking and walking and do it as many times per week as time allows now that I'm working again.

normal mile walk with the dogs and later while watching TV will use the treadmill

I have been trying to walk about 3 days a week averaging 2-3 miles each time. My walking partner and I have discovered some wonderful walking/biking trails where we live. I was not even aware of them before this summer but now I know of 3 different ones which are quite lovely and fun to walk. I will be sad once winter comes and I can't take my morning walk outside but have to go to the gym and use a dang treadmill. So much more boring!

I've been getting back into yoga these past few days. I used to be a lot more flexible than I was so I've been doing stretches to be more flexible.

Ran a mile and lifted some weights.

Work and school have consumed my life in recent months, making it particularly difficult to continue with my weight loss regimen. In any event, I thankfully have an at-home treadmill that I try to get on every other day when I come home from work. I plan on doing that this evening.

going to the Y today and do my bicycle routine for about 40 minutes

I went for a glorious WALK outside. It is a beautiful day---- 65 degrees out and sunny and NO wind.
I took my grandson for a walk and then played in the park.

I walk every day. I try to get 10,000 steps, and that's really easy when I work during the week. But on weekends, since I don't move around as much, I don't do that many, maybe I get half the steps in.

Well today i rested, but tomorrow im gonna do a 15-30 minute swim. sit-ups, curls, squats, and bench presses.

I usually go to the gym and use the eliptical or treadmill, sometimes the weights. Today I'm going ice-fishing.
