Title: Deadline

is there's a deadline to cash out for next months payment or is it to late? I don't how the cash outs works as well as the payments for every month


please help

You have until the end of the month to cashout in order to get it around the 20th of the following month. So if you want a payment in August you need to to request payment by July 31

It makes no difference weather you cash out on the 1st or the 31st of the month, you still get payment around the 20th of the next month.

You have to cash out by the last day of this month to get paid in August.  The last day is Sunday. Remember, if you can not cash out one month, there is always another month.
