What is the little "thanked" remark underneath a person's profile picture when they post. What does it mean and how do you get it?

Thanks for asking. It's there so you can show appreciation for a question or answer provided by another member and you get it by being helpful. You got one because you asked a question that is probably on other members minds too, but they didn't bother to ask. Now they can read your answers.
