Title: How many knives do you have?

I am a person that loves machines. I did have kitchen machines. I have sharp knives. I have six steak knives, one bread knife, three paring knives, one butcher knife, one cleaver knife, and many butter knives. I traded the kitchen machines for a good knife anytime. I don't have any sport or hunting knives - but I do have very very very sharp kitchen knives  :-\  I have a friend that keeps a very small very sharp switchblade on her key chain  :-\ Do you appreciate your knives? Everybody have a gr8 day  :present:

my husband collected pen knives so i have lots of them plus oodles of regular ones of all sizes

I have a bunch of knives in my kitchen drawer and one pocket knife.

I have a steak knife, butter knife and three kitchen knives. That's pretty much all I need.

I have several sets of  large kitchen knives and hubby keeps them very sharp for me.  I can chop up fruit and veggies just about as fast as a machine.  And if you count the time  getting it  out and then cleaning it up i am already done. A dull knife is a dangerous knife.  In fact some of my knives are only used by me and washed by hand by me. If they were to be put in the dishwasher some may cut them selves not knowing they were so sharp.
