Title: refunds with exchanges

I don't like to exchange or return things.
luckily, I have neighbors who drive.
they take that task for me.
sometimes, problems can seem bigger than they are if you don't have anyone to hep you solve them.

I'm the same. I don't like to return things. I have, in fact, kept some purchases I never used just so I didn't have the hassle of returning. That is not a good idea.
