If any of you belong to clixsense you might want to stay off there today. It brings up *bleep*. What is wrong with people? So disgusting.

I have tried this but when I start it never goes to the survey . Thought about asking why but figured id just stay on sites that work.

lol I wondered the same thing BlacksheepNY. But probably nothing bad. After all c-r-a-c-k--e-r is apparently a bad word. Not sure how them little squares or round pieces of bread like stuff can be a bad word. haha

Well thank you for letting us know. I was going to go there right after my time here on FC. Clixsense has always been one of my favorites but if something disgusting is going on, I will find something else to do.

I stopped using that website long time ago just takes forever to make profit.

Upon researching this I found a letter from the owner of Clixsense yesterday. It stated that someone has hacked into the DNS removing contacts and emails, redirecting people to that *bleep* site. He also stated that it being Sunday, now Monday-Labor Day that it would take time to fix the issue with little tech support available. I think clixsense should at the very least send out a mass email to its subscribers to avoid the site and be notified when the situation has been resolved. This would prevent people from having to go to the site and continuously get redirected to the "other" site which will show up in your history and could potentially cause unnecessary personal problems. You can google clixsense hacked 9/4 to read his letter.

I used to be able to make good money on Clixsense, probably about $50 a week. Now I'm lucky if I get into the double digits every week.

Thank you for your in depth research. I figured there was a real issue with this since I can't even log into Clixsense. When I try I'm directed to Google's front page. It's just as well. I thought maybe there would be a notice from admin as to what was going on. It looks like the problem is big and will take some time to correct. I, too, thought about a mass email to the members stating the problem and efforts to resolve. Knowing Clixsense, they are probably working on that as well.
It's a shame that such a reputable site that has been around for many years can get attacked like this. It just goes to show that anything is possible.

I tried Clixsense for a while.
it took too long to make any money.
some of the tasks gave you no reward.
I also was using INSTAGc website. the first year was fine and I got my two gift cards after tremendous effort.
the second year, customer service reps changed and wouldn't help me when the code they gave me didn't work.
treasure trooper members were snotty.

I agree. Hacking seems to be a big industry these days. :bad: The Clixsense Admin is really on top of this issue and will be getting the FBI in on an investigation. It will be very interesting to see what, if anything, they will be able to find out.

Hacking is actually a constant thing and most of the time it's for good cause - companies will hire hackers to test their security so they can patch holes and make it stronger as-needed. Often it takes a hacker to stop a hacker.

I am watching this thread, and appreciate all the heads up we are getting.
I did get payout several months ago, then they made the survey link in my emails more complicated.
Now it is hacked.
I may never go back.

It's just like everything else, if you work at it, you can earn decent money. I get about $15-$20 a month with Clixsense by checking in daily. And I have Clixsense to thank for introducing me to Fusion Cash, so THAT has paid off quite well!

It's back on today.... It got hacked again yesterday (renamed users with "Hacked Account" and reset account balance to zero), but they were able to restore most everything (all account balances were restored, but some users had to fix their name on their own). They are having their users reset their PW to the site as an added precaution. It'll be interesting to see if the FBI is able to catch the culprit(s).

I was shocked!!! I was innocently doing my usual routine online and I was confused when that popped up! LOL Later that day they just redirected me to my homepage when I tried again, and by the next day it was all squared away. I was given a new password, too, just in case. Jeez! The things hackers do! ::) ???

I used to use them before I was a member here. Knowing it has been hacked I won't go on that website.

I'm also a member of Clixsense. The admin changed everyone's password so hackers do not gain access to them.

No problems for me. I have used Clixsense as long as Fusioncash (since 2007) and they are just as reliable. Even Yahoo has been hacked, so that is not a detraction for me, it's how they handle it and that was very well

It pays to check once in a while. I just had a run of a couple of months when some big advertisers were buying and I made $60 to $80 a month while watching TV in the evenings.

i have been usng them for 5 years now and have never heard of this but i would try talking to the support team they can tell you what is going on

I've been doing clixsense since last April. At first I was cashing out $40-$60 every week, but for the last several weeks haven't been able to cashout or even come close to the required $8 cashout. I'm just now at $6.07, started this round back in early August, from just clickikng the .05 and .001 ads, but before there were 100's now few and far between. And forget the surveys they have not qualified me for one since my last payout which was about $12 back in early August. At least you might get a cent when dq'd here on FC.
