Once you complete an offer and it says it's gonna email with more information regarding extended information that you should complete with a focus group for certain date and time. What if you never receive the information? What should you do then?

I completed the offer on 10/9, I have the date and time for the focus group

Glad that you submitted a support ticket. That way if you never hear back from them, you have proof that you did complete the offer. Good luck! :)

You completed the survey yesterday? They usually don't send out the emails until a couple days before the focus group. I usually do one every couple months and I don't think I've ever gotten the email immediately

it usually says when the focus group will be and you'll get an e-mail a couple of days prior to that

I still have not received any information regarding this focus group and the focus group was suppose to me on 10/10@9pm

I have had followup emails in my account a couple of times, but I'm not very organized and would not have known to look for them if they hadn't just shown up in my email account. It was like a nice surprise, and I remembered that I was due to get them, only after they arrived.

You wont receive more info. I feel for that one too.

Are you sure you qualified? When I've done an online session, usually the company will say something like we'll email you on whatever date IF you qualify.
