I tried to watch some of the videos today - actual videos, not the slideshows or quizzes - and none of them worked. I got a black screen for 7 seconds and then a replay option, and ultimately no credit. What's the point in having them there if they don't function properly? This isn't the first time I've come across this issue either, but this is the first time it's been every single video on the page.

I was getting that from one of the videos in the line up of the "Watch this Video". Usually there are 3 listed on the page, I have been clicking on them, seeing what they load and if it is a black screen or the 5 min one, I close it and try again to see if I can get a different one maybe only a minute or 2. This worked well yesterday.

The video page has been on a little bit of a downer of late. That does happen from time to time. As a member who has been here for a while and has seen this type of thing happen occasionally, all I can suggest is: keep checking the page throughout the day, come back the next day and check again and by all means, do not give up.

By and large, the videos do have a way of working themselves out as you will begin to see new ones in the lineup eventually. I have run into some minor malfunctions in a few videos from time to time, like not running to the very end so that the last screen (Learn More or Thank you for viewing great content!) appears which is what triggers the credit once you click on the 'x.' I can't figure out whether or not these glitchy videos are ever repaired or by all of us working through them continuously they fall away like the wake from a motor boat on a lake. Overall, they do work well most of the time.
