What a great game! Congrats to the Chicago Cubs for winning their first World Series in 108 years! Looks like the Billy Goat curse is finally broken! And -hey! Back to the Future 2 was only a year off! Not Bad!

Yeah, Cubs!!!

Fan since 1984, so glad this season is over, lol. I know Ronnie and Harry are celebrating too.

What an exciting game and overall series. It was so stressful at moments, if you're a cubs fan, which I am. Such great sportsmanship exhibited. I'm glad to have watched what I believe will go down as one of the best World Series games in history. Very happy for Chicago fans.

I'm not a huge fan of any one club. But I like both the Cubs and the Cardinals and everyone says I'm crazy for that.
I was majorly rooting for the Cubs in the series and I thought the games were really fun to watch. I'm so happy they won.
Thanks for letting me know since I went to bed last night when they went into the tenth inning. :fish:

I am glad they won, been a long time

Cubbies won!

I was a fan back in the '60's
Don Kessinger, Joe Pepitone, Ron Santo were the players.
The White Sox won it one year.

And if Biff... err... Trump wins next week, it'll truly be scary how close the movie was! :o ;)

I think this is so good for everyone

I live in the HEART of Indians country (although not an Indians fan myself). Let me tell you that the highs in Chicago are equalled by the lows in Cleveland. Many seem to think that because the Cavs won the NBA a few months ago that the monkey would be off of Cleveland sports fans' backs. That is not so.
I was an independent observer with neutral loyalties. Nice to see Cubs break that streak, but I have no love for the Cubs as a fan of their division rivals that they knocked out of the playoffs last year.

I've been a cubs fan since Bull Durham played first base and wore #10 on his jersey. I was in Lassie League. My Dad coached and I too played first and wore #10. It was some of the best bonding years I had with my Dad. Through the years I've not made time to keep up with the team...a cubbie fan for life. The air full of exuberance here in Illinois.

108 years? Wow... that's definitely a great achievement!!!

I watched the game until it started raining, then I hit the record button on . I found out the next day. of course I am not a cubs fan but it was finally good to see them win.now they can stop blaming steve bartman. if you don't know who that is , google him. you will see what i,m talking about.

I blamed Alex Gonzalez/shortstop for letting a simple double play ball go through his legs. My dad, also reminded me of poor Bill Buckner this morning.

I live in Ohio but I wasn't rooting for any one team. I was glad both the Cubs and Indians made it to the series. Congrats to the Cubs!

I have been a die-hard Cubs fan my entire life! I also love the "Back To The Future" movies. What a game indeed!!! What a great moment for all of us long suffering Cub fans!!! I think it is awesome the movie was only a year off, in predicting the World Series!!!!! :present: :present: :present: :present: :present: :present: :present:
