Title: Coffee songs?
Post by: sak4kat on November 15, 2016, 07:19:31 am
So I'm on a quest to find songs with the word coffee or espresso in it.  Something that is soothing and gives ya that Folgers good till the last drop feeling.  Any suggestions?

Let's Have Another Cup of Coffee, Carly Simon's finding "clouds in my coffee" in You're So Vain, Johnny Cash's "Cup of Coffee", Bob Marley's "One Cup of Coffee", and Frank Sinatra's "The Coffee Song."

There; I helped get you started.

I don't know if you like R&B but there's a song by Miguel called "Coffee". I provided a link below...

Not all of these are soothing but rather are more upbeat, like the way you feel after drinking a cup a joe ("Caffeine Bomb" is the fastest of those listed, yet seems rather appropriate considering its title).

Thanks for all the suggestions.  There are several I've not heard and will begin to bing and listen to.

You may have heard my Landon Pigg suggestion from an AT&T Ad (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F24ckDW0izI) but just didn't know the song that was playing...

I love how Landons voice hit's the higher notes in Falling in Love at a Coffee Shop - Landon Pigg  Never heard this artist before.  I'm really glad I started this thread.  I'm hearing so many different kinds of music I never would have seeked out on my own.  And liking much of it too.
