Title: no $5 sign up bonus?

I didnt get a $5 sign up bonus...have I missed anything?

"Error..." something about not completing the registration...? is there a phone call verification? CC numbers to be filled out?

Have you completed these steps??  (you will find these steps on your account page on the left - if you have completed the step - there is a check mark)


Complete these steps to verify your account:   
Account Activation 
  Your Profile 
  Telephone Verification 
  Direct Deposit (OPTIONAL)
Click above to set up Direct Deposit. This step is optional but recommended.

yes I did all that except Direct Deposit still no bonus. Guess I'm gonna have to create support ticket. Does it matter that I signed up under a referr? his referral id is ref=mountaindewman12345 can I sign up under a referr and still get bonus Madd4Money?

edit: i think i got my bonus now will update soon.
