Anyone have any good financial aid advice for someone returning to school after 13 years?

Anyone going back to school check the finacial aid out carefully. Make sure your grants are going back to you and not the school and watch for where your school loans are funding. Becuz guess what the school wants the left over money you get back. And you can prevent that by asking for your stiffins. (I hope i spelt that right)
