I am not understanding what the problem is. I do not think other members do either and that is why you are not getting any responses.

Can you write more and explain your problem better or open a support ticket.

maybe it is your area code. I don't know what you are trying to do. If a few things don't work, try a support ticket. Usually takes a few days and is always helpful :)
