Can you click every day multiple times, or is that a once a day thing?

Yes you can click every day, as many times as there is something to click.

Are you referring to the paid to click page specifically or earning in general?

Paid to click is once a day after you've earned at least 5 cents in non bonus credits

Welcome to FC! That is correct, only once a day, just make sure to get your 5 cents earned first or you wont be allowed. The email does not count toward your 5 cents in case you were wondering, even though it is not a bonus credit.
