OK. I have to "rant".
I just did a "15 minute" survey that took 45 minutes. When I hit the submit button, I got the "Quota Exceeded" page and earned 1 cent!
Rant over.

Hope your small rant helped you to feel better. We all get frustrated at the same thing that happened to you. I've had similar experiences when it suddenly said "quota reached". Not much one can do except move on to the next one.
-
Boy, do I hear yah! Sometimes you just got to let the frustration out! However, I've had "Videology" on my video list for two days now and it has been wonderful, crediting again and again. It is kind of long but it's on autopilot and you can actually get up and go to the bathroom or get a cup of coffee. Thanks, Fusion.

I've had a couple of experiences this week where I have completed the whole survey, clicked the submit button and was taken to a 'Bad URL' page. ???
I know it was not 45 minutes worth of time but I didn't even get a penny DQ. :(
However, the good news is, I was able to complete several other surveys during the same time period. The few bucks that I've been credited made things much less stressful. :)
-
I have had that happen also and I can appreciate your rant. Don't mind a bit.
Relax a little bit and then move on to the next survey which will probably credit. No guarantee but if at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
-
This happens sometimes to me. But , you got the 1cent. Keep trying . Good luck.
-
I feel better tonight lol
I got 7 of the Super Bowl 1 minute surveys at $2 a pop!!! :in-love:
-
Surveys are such a bad use of your time. They often will fail and make you frustrated.
-
yeah i don't like those quotas thing-a-gig

I hate when that happens but ive came to accept it part of these survey sites its a first come first serve and if the quota is reached while your doing a survey its fustrating yes but apart of the sites so yeah
-
I disagree that surveys are a bad use of time. I've made a decent amount each month with the bulk being from surveys.
If I only earned from videos, I probably would not have stuck with this.

Some people obviously have better luck than others with surveys. For me, they are a total waste of time. In fact, I spent a couple hours yesterday on Swagbucks, attempting all the surveys to try to fill in a couple of squares on the Swago board. After all that, not a single one went all the way through, so I never did get those squares. That's the LAST time I'll be doing that!
-
Yeah, I hear ya. Can be bleak for long stretches at times.
Maybe we all need a group hug :)
I am just getting nowhere today, so going about the rest of my day.
Have a good one everyone!
:rose:
-
That will happen sometimes.
-
Well, when it comes to Swagbucks, I agree with you. I NEVER qualify for a single survey over there. I fail to understand why they are so popular.
I do well here and on another site. I have two other sites in my pocket that I do ok on as well.
-
I had the same problem before. :(

You are absolutely right. Even though there are those times where things just don't fall into place correctly, I have had many times I did quite well.
About a week ago I cashed out 2 checks from one of my survey sites. One check was for $8. This was for 2 surveys that took me about 25 minutes to complete. That would come out to around $16 an hour. The other check was for $10. I remember this survey only taking a very comfortable and relaxed 15 minutes to complete. I recall when I got to the thank you page; I could not believe that I was done already. 10 bucks in 15 minutes comes out to $40 an hour.
Even though this does not typically occur every day, it does happen from time to time. Logically then the more I make myself available to the questionnaires, the higher my earnings will be.
This was from another survey site but the same principle applies to Fusion Cash. The more time you spend here, the more cash you will have to spend later.
-
Since rejoining the site in january I have been lucky and have done over 10 surveys and got paid. But I find doing tasks is lot better and make more money. A few years ago I earned 104 dollars in one month and it was mostly from doing tasks. Do not get frustrated with those surveys, there are lot more ways to earn money.
-
As much as I detest "quota exceeded," I have "late disqualifications" a lot more. You get to the very last page, and you get disqualified.
It's dishonest, and it wastes my time.
But still, I move on . . .
:cat: :dog:
-
I do a lot of tasks, but not here on Fusion. I began doing them on another site, so I cannot do them here.
Sad though, because I am doing well in those. :cat:
-
That happens to me too. One time I did a rather lengthy survey and right at the end I got disqualified, but I got a $0.15 DQ bonus. Not quite the $3.00 I would have received, but better than the usual 1 cent.

It's a demographics games for surveys. I actually make a lot more on Swagbucks from surveys than on here. I earned like $45 just from surveys on there in February which is more than I made on here total
-
sometimes i finish a survey successfully but then when it brings me back to fusion cash it says I am disqualified or quota exceeded...so annoying sometimes.
-
that sucks, I had the same thing happen to me, I wonder if there is any way to fix that?
-
There seems to be an awfully lot of these types of surveys lately. I do at least one a day at which I spend a lot of time and then get disqualified at the end. They used to be infrequent but I have been getting several every day like this for about two weeks now.
-
Ohh I hate when that happens! Such a waste of time :(
-
For me since it is so hard to actually qualify and then I have had this happen when I did (and I didn't even get the stinking penny). Even if you do complete and get paid there is the risk of them being revoked. It is just not worth the amount of time and fustration.

I've done a few of those. That's why I usually don't do surveys anymore.

Why bother when they don't credit anyway?
I did a Consumer Study survey yesterday, COMPLETED IT, but never credited. The site stated surveys are credited almost immediately. I have submitted a "complaint" to the survey site but I won't hold my breath waiting, plus their message stated I would hear back within 6 days. Oh, goody.
I agree with the OP on the survey time. I noted that most surveys take twice as long as they quote. So because of the above and the OP's rant, my opinion of surveys have not changed. I usually am DQ'd or I completed them and never get credit. Last survey I got credit for was February 17. The rest were all DQ'd. >:(
-
Okay, this is happening too often. Where is the blame? Wherever it is, it needs to be fixed. Over approximately the last 3 weeks, I have completed--yes, completed!--3 different surveys, and all 3 of them have disqualified me just when I thought I would be going to the "Survey Completed" window and receiving credit. Over the last 4 weeks or so of 2016, I completed 3-4 surveys--I can't remember which one now--that also were completed but for some reason didn't credit.
I can understand when this happens once in a great while. There are always a few errors. But this is more than a few. This is getting to be downright taking advantage and fraudulent. Yea, I'm beginning to be more than a little pi##ed!
-
I am new here but I really don't have a problem doing the surveys. Certain ones after being "misled" I just X out and don't even bother because I know they don't pay.. I can usually get at least 2 surveys done a day.
I can't make money any other way on here...Too time consuming...I blast through 10 dis-qualifiers and then I usually get 1 survey. That's why I only do the 15mins or less ones....
-
As long as I get the for disqualifying I'm good. The surveys are not reliable so I don't rely on them. I do other things which ever is working for me at the time.

I agree....For me to jst do video, I would not make it.
I find that some of the surveys are best tried over the phone, can click through easier....I switch from phone to laptop...
-
There are times where they do not work and times where they do. Many times I end up walking away for awhile when I dont see any results. A break may be what you need. I dont know...it is not a big money maker here. I feel like there are a lot of time spend with little reward. But, this is what we signed up for. Not every survey is a guarantee unfortunately!
-
What is WORSE is to spend over half an hour on a survey for them to disqualify in the end. "Your Surveys" is starting to penalize survey holders for doing this. I put in a complaint to Fusion and got the usual "we are at their mercy" response.
I'm sorry, but Fusion can do something about this, they simply choose not to.
I can handle disqualifications; I can handle quota exceeded. What I can NOT handle is that four to five times in the last few days, I have taken longer surveys only to be disqualified in the late stages.
It is wrong; it is stealing, and it is irritating. If it were once in awhile, that would be manageable. However, it is becoming more of a habit lately.
I am not going to send any more complaints to Fusion because they never do anything, and it just irritates me further.
I am NOT happy when I see another survey site that will actually take survey holders off their wall for doing the same things that Fusion lets slide.
So, I ranted, and I'm done.

I hate it when that happens to me and it happens a lot.
-
I just completed a survey, hit the 'done' button to submit and got this notification:
This survey was deactivated by the owner.
After about 20 minutes, not so much as a DQ penny; at least not yet. I suppose if the questionnaire has been deactivated, the penny will probably be deactivated as well. >:(
-
I totally agree! Spending time on a survey completing all the questions and then at the very end when you think you are getting paid you get a message that you are DQd. That is not right. I would much rather get the DQ message soon and get 1 cent.
-
Yea, that is discouraging big time!
-
This happens to me all the time and it does get frustrating. It's even more frustrating when you spent a lot of time on one survey and it disqualifies you/meets the quote right when you're about to be done. There was one particular survey that I spent 45 minutes on, was on the last question and it said this survey has 'met its quota'

Some days there isn't you can do
