Have you sent in a ticket asking what the problem is and how to correct it?

Are you absolutely certain that every letter and symbol if used are correct? When using Paypal with Fusion Cash the information has to match exactly.
If you have already done that then perhaps the suggestion of sending a support ticket may be the way to go.

Do you have a verified account that has the same exact information as on here?

My paypal did that to me last year. I could never get it fixed. I have direct deposit now.
