Title: R.I.P Richard Hatch
Post by: JediJohnnie on February 13, 2017, 01:34:00 am: Richard Hatch who played Captain Apollo in the original 1970's Battlestar Galactica has passed on of Pancreatic Cancer. As a fan of the original series, I'm saddened by his passing, but I'm disappointed he was never allowed to do his BSG "Second Coming" project. Of all the popular Sci-Fi series that have done or are doing "Next Generation" sequels (Star Trek, Star Wars, Blade Runner) unfortunately BSG won't be one of them. :'( RIP Richard.

I'm not sure who Richard Hatch was nevertheless I'm still saddened about his death. So many people are losing their life it really is sad. I lost a friend last April I was taken aback by her sudden death. All these deaths reminds us that we should live like everyday will be our last because one day we will be correct.

Post by: candyterrius on February 26, 2017, 09:04:33 pm: I was surprised to read Mr Hatch passed away. He was very nice and friendly guy. I remember I met up with my female friend I met online. She invited me over to hang out at their place before Christmas. She was a producer working in the entertainment industry. At the time she was dating him and they were living together. I am sure the Sci-Fi community will miss him most.
