Title: Another great actor gone

I just seen on the news that Bill Paxton passed away. he was 61 and died from complications from surgery. he was in the movie twister, weird science and recently on training day the series on cbs. my thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family

I thought this might be another internet celebrity death hoax, so I just Googled it.  :o How unexpected! I watched Twister a lot as a kid.  :'( R.I.P. Bill Paxton.

He played in a lot of great movies, but I remember him most as "Chet" in Weird Science.

So sad! I read on Facebook that he is the ONLY PERSON IN HISTORY to be killed on screen by an Alien, Predator and a Terminator.

He will truly be missed. :(

I remember him from apollo 13 with tom hanks.

He has a new series that was just starting this week. I liked watching him a lot.  Thoughts and prayers are with his family.  R.I.P.

I was shocked by this passing. I just saw it today. I can automatically picture him in Titanic and Twister. If I only knew him from movies and I feel like this, I can only imagine how his family and friends feel who knew him.  He was is gone too soon.
