Title: Is this for real?
Post by: Auximinus on March 15, 2017, 05:31:20 pm
Seems like a lot of these surveys are total ripoffs. I just joined yesterday. Already I've had 3 surveys that I've spent 15-20 minutes filling out, then i get almost to the end and get disqualified. They've pretty much gotten an entire survey out of me without having to pay. It seems incredibly shady and a huge waste of my time.
I just had one survey that I spent 20 minutes on. I literally got to the LAST PAGE, answered the FINAL QUESTION, and then got disqualified. They got a completed survey out of me and I got 1 lousy penny out of it.

Unfortunately, yes, it does happen. I didn't get credited for two that were completed today, and another one was a "late in the survey" disqualification.

That is part of the job. However, there are a lot of surveys that do credit. This job will not replace your income, but it does give you a little bit extra to cover a bill, or in my case, pay off a credit card.

It is a legit site. However, as with any job, it comes with its headaches and disappointments.

Welcome.

I've had that same situation. It upsets me too because it feels as if I worked hard for nothing (or almost nothing).

It know it is frustrating sometimes, but never give up.  I try about 20 a day and some days I get nothing but I also have had days where I did 2 and once I did 3 successfully.  This month I have 16 surveys done that I was paid for.  I make most of my money on tasks.  I have earned 12 dollars on tasks and 9 dollars on other things like videos and surveys this month alone.  I joined on January 14 and have earned just over 45 dollars.  It is easy to make money, you just need a little patience and time.  Even though tasks do not pay much, they add up after awhile.  If you try video lab, it is good money.  You can just open it and do other things like watching tv or even things online while it runs in the background.  I usually earn about 20 cents a day just on those.  I am disabled and I sit home all day so I have lot of time on my hands and I work really hard every day on here to earn money.  I use my money for gambling.  I am waiting to see if I can reach 100 dollars before I have to cash out in 180 days.

Welcome to Fusion Cash. This is a good site and I am sorry that you are having such difficulties so early on.

Surveys are a hit or a miss.  It is very important to go slowly. if you go to fast, the survey will get thrown out by the computer and you will get a disqualified notice. Read each question carefully because if your answers don't jive, you will end up getting disqualified.

Usually, I am able to complete and get credited for a survey but I do not qualify for very many. However, I have also completed a survey only to get disqualified and, while I don't like it, there is not much that can be done.

You might one to try a different browser.

It really made me laugh when you said 1 lousy penny :P . Unfortunately it's very normal to be disqualified and get 1 lousy penny. Welcome to Fusion Cash.

Yep, it is for real: Disqualifications on surveys go hand in hand.

However, I will tell you what else is for real; getting into a survey groove, completing the questionnaires and being credited.  As busy and hectic as my schedule can often times get, that is exactly what I have been doing just about on a daily basis.

A well known motivational speaker once said - "If you do something long enough, a ratio will appear."

By trying surveys long enough, a ratio of cash will appear.  My cash balance increases every day because I stay active.

Surveys are hit or miss. I stopped doing them a long time ago. I prefer doing the videos and radio anyway.

Thanks for your feed back everyone. I have actually managed to get into a bit of a groove finally. I've actually earned $10 in the past 2 days with only maybe 3 or four hours put in. Got a couple surveys and a few paid to sign up things done. It does add up quick once it gets going.

Now that's what I'm talking about.  Congratulations; keep up the good work.  Remember, disqualifications are part of the process and will happen; just move on to the next opportunity.

It certainly is.  You just need to stay active here.  You won't get rich, but every penny does help.

Glad to hear you're finally getting somewhere! It's definitely hit-or-miss with surveys, sounds like you've managed some hits. I usually don't try for many of the longer surveys, usually stopping at 15 minutes, just in case. Also, if you have 'em definitely click on the "Say So For Good" surveys... I NEVER qualify, but they pay a penny instantly. I've made .26¢ today just from the instant SSFG DQs! That adds up quickly and only takes a few seconds. EASY money!

It stinks that they can do that too you after asking all those questions.  It is not FusionCash who is doing it but the survey company.  I wonder now if it is just one or two of them doing that or if it is all of them.  It might be worth while to avoid the one(s) who do this.  If I ever do a survey again and this happens I am going to pay attention to who the administrator was and never go near them again.

Oh yes, I can assure you it's very real. As my banner states I've made over a grand in the last several years.

But it's also true that you might get DQed or outright skunked in getting credit for a survey. Occupational hazard, I guess. :P But, it's worth the effort to at least do the PTC, E-Mail and videos everyday, even if you get fed up with the surveys.

Blame the sponsors, and not FC.. for the problems with surveys...

I typically stick to shorter surveys (usually under 15 minutes). That way I do not waste too much time if I get disqualified from one late in the survey. And sometimes I get a long disqualification bonus, sometimes not. But here is the thing to remember: pennies add up. It may not seem like much at the time, but I would not have cashed out last month if it weren't for disqualification bonuses. They do increase your earnings, if a little bit slowly.

Did you complete the profile surveys? Filling that out gives you a bonus and completing them helps present you with surveys more targeted to your demographic (so you are more likely to qualify for them).
