I am wondering which i should get, halo looks good but mw2 is intense

Don't waste your time with ODST. The main reason Bungie launched that game is for the fanatics who want recon. Originally ODST was going to be a downloadable content piece for 1600mp from the dashboard, but they threw in a new story, a few more achievements, told some people that it could help them get recon, and made it into a full-fledged game. Trust me, Modern Warfare 2 will be better in every aspect, and its a lot more realistic than going around shooting aliens. Although it may seem I am against Halo.. but trust me on this one, I loved Halo: COmbat Evolved and Halo 2, and many aspects of Halo 3, but as I've been allowed exclusive gameplay in ODST, I can tell you  from first hand experience, that your money will be better spent on Modern Warfare 2, than ODST.

definately modern warfare, the gameplay so far looks great and the 1st one was amazin

Halo's garbage. Although so far, I'm not really looking forward to anything from MW2 other than the singleplayer campaign.
