I love couponing! I've been so busy lately I haven't had much time to coupon. I have a good stockpile, so we don't really need anything. But I love getting stuff for free or cheap. Do you coupon?
-
I do not extreme coupon, but I wish I did. People save so much money doing that but I do not have enough time with work, school and the kids. Extreme couponing is a job it self.
-
I have a special wallet for them. I do use them. One lady, in front of me, at the checkout line, at the store, she had a coupon that I felt should of went on the news on tv. I had to congrats her and the line had a good lol lol.
-
i don't extreme coupon but i do use coupons and love saving even 50 cents when i can ! i wish i could extreme coupon but i just don't understand the whole thing
-
No, I don't. I need to get better at coupons because when I do have any I forget to bring to the store.
-
Can I ask where do you get all these coupons from? I like using coupons when I get them.
-
I have wanted to start but dont really know how. It seems a bit intimidating at times but obviously worth it.

I am not an extreme couponer because I don't like to buy things that I wouldn't normally buy and am not able to find coupons for my needs. I have six applications on my phone that pay me rebates for everything. For instance: one pays me for having drinks at restaurants or bars and also pays me if I buy a bottle of wine, or quantities of beer from retail locations. Another offers rebates on about five hundred items (some are generic like eggs or milk). Another offers rebates on about thirty different items each week. I also get paid to exercise/keep track of my diet/eat five servings of fruit and vegetables per day. One pays me for copies of receipts from restaurants and retail/grocery stores. Sometimes I am able to use the same receipt three times which makes me more of an extreme rebater.

I wish i had enough time and patience to be an extreme couponer. I am trying to organize my week today (sunday). I just printed off a bunch of coupons, planning out week of meals, and researching online more ways to save money and in fact signed up for this point program today!! I have never heard of this site before. Speaking of which i need to do ibotta for my groceries from last night. I feel like i have ADD with all the things I do to TRY to be organized with saving money.

There are sites for cpns that have cpns for sale . Like clairwood.com have bought a few times. Some extremers buy lots of items with cpns. I had 2.00 off crest toothpaste and the store had it on sale for 2.00 so got it free made my day. Couponers will have 8 2.00 cpns and get 8 for free then sell the Crest at garage sales I used to go to recycle centers where they recycle paper and get cpns from there don't do that anymore. One good way to get um.

I only use coupons if I save a dollar or more off an item. I find it fascinating how much people do save when they do the research on store sales and clip a bunch of coupons. I just don't have the patience but I wish I did!
-
I don't have time to sit down contstantly with coupons. I use what I can though
-
I have never extreme coupon but I've seen people who done it and save the ton of money
-
I know someone who is an extreme couponer but I never done it. I do wish I had the patience for it though!
-
I clip coupons but since I'm picky on what brand of product I use, I find coupons that are for those items.
-
I use coupons regularly, along with the sales and store ads.
I live alone, so don't need a ton, but buy ahead on a good deal.
Waited patiently behind one heavy couponer one time. She saw what I had on the belt after her, and pulled ut a good coupon as a "thank you for waiting" reward for what I was buying. It worked for me.
I would do extreme couponing if my family was still growing up.
:rose:
-
I don't clip coupons as regularly as I used to do in the past. The most I have saved on groceries by doing so is around 75%. I actually had the cashier congratulate me and then asked me if I could help her with her couponing. LOL
-
I would love to learn to use coupons, I look at Mama June who is an extreme coupon user. I don't get the paper or collect coupons to do that, but I would love to learn.
-
I used to do a ton of coupons a few years ago but not anymore. Most products that have the coupons seem to be processed foods, junk foods, chemically-laden cleaning & laundry products, chemically-laden bath products, and toxic pet foods & heavily scented cat litters.
I save more money only buying the basics, keeping it fresh & healthy, unscented & organic (when possible) and making things from scratch. DIY, re-use & re-purpose, and investing a little in re-usable, washable items save me more money than coupons. I make most of the pets foods (and some of it includes raw).
Project this week will be making "pet steps" (4 steps) to make things easier for the cats. Making from cardboard boxes & leftover carpet remnants. Will cost practically nothing vs. paying $50 for new, even with coupon code for free shipping.
(When shopping on-line, I do use coupon codes & rebate sites though...)
-
I do not use coupon mostly because of the time they take.
-
Yes I love couponing but I don't use them that much.
-
Extreme couponing was a TLC tv show.I use coupons but no stockpile.
-
I really don't cuz most come on line & not in the mail anymore! I did see a lady at public had a wad of them in her hands. What looked like a $100.00 worth of groceries she paid the cashier about 10 bucks! Unbelievable!
-
Yes. Between coupons and rebate programs, I've actually MADE money on purchases.
-
Nope. Most of the stores here don't do that for food items and I normally buy a lot of stuff in either bulk or warehouse sales.
-
I use coupons every week just not to the extreme coupon-en, wish I had the patience for it.
-
I use coupons but I wouldn't call myself extreme.I go through the coupons in my Sunday newspaper and pick out the ones I need that week.I save money but don't get very many things for free. When extreme couponing became popular, the stores in my area caught on and changed the rules. Most of them no longer double coupons or allow the combining of paper and electronic coupons.
-
I wonder what "the best couponing websites". I have had some problems trying to download some of their websites on my computer.
-
I used to extreme coupon with my mom. We had a whole filing cabinet full. That's when coupons in the stores were many. I also belonged to a couple "clubs" where we traded coupons. i had friends from all over the U.S. My store order wouldn't be more than $20 and one time, the store owed me $11...Those were great days and a lot of fun....until I got a job. Then I didn't have time. Now I don't shop like I used to so I don't use many coupons. >(
-
I am in awe of those who have the patience to extreme coupon.
-
I used to use coupons all the time and came out ok but now I mostly go to Aldi's since they are next door to me and they do not take coupons. I love to watch the extreme couponing shows.
-
I don't, but I do like to coupon. I don't know how anyone can do that extreme couponing stuff.
-
nope wish i knew how,,,,,,,
-
Mostly I agree with what was said that they coupon here and there but just don't have the patience and perseverance to extreme coupon. About once a month I have enough coupons to save about $5-$10 at the cash register. Otherwise, I just look for sales on my smaller grocery trips.
-
I do use coupon, but I am not extreme with it. I do get good deals and sometimes it double coupon day at certain grocery stores so that's always good; but with the rising prices I am probably going to be using coupons more then in the past.
-
When I cut out coupons, I always forget to take them with me.
-
I don't coupon at all. It's such a bad use of your time and the return on it isn't as good as you may think.
-
I don't "extreme" coupon per say, but I can go to Kroger and get $100 worth of groceries for less than $20 at times. I have a stockpile of toothpaste, body wash, hair gel, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, etc. They are all things I have got for less than $1 each. I have 8 tubes of toothpaste that were free! I use the Kroger app religiously and always download the free Friday product coupon. They usually have the same digital coupons that the companies put out.
-
I don't extreme coupon. Occasionally I clip a coupon on something I plan to get.
There is no doubling anywhere around my area. I do get the Free Friday deal from Ralphs/Kroger.
I am using the 40 cent off digital coupon later today for sweet potato fries from Ralphs.... :)
-
I find it to be extremely tiring and makes grocery shopping stressful for me. You have to find the brand (store might not even carry this brand) and in the exact size and count. I prefer to just look through the grocery flyers and pick out what I need from the items on sale.
-
I don't extreme coupon but do use coupons and watch the stores ad on a weekly basis. Try to buy stuff on sale and with a coupon but I do not stock pile.
