Why most of the instant offers I've tried to joined are having a page error?

I seem to be getting this a lot too. I do not understand why either. I get to the last or second to last step of the offer and "poof" I cannot complete it because there is an error on the page and it freezezs up my system. It's irritating because it is wasting my time.

That happened to my last week....the page froze when i was going to submit the las page.... maybe theres is glitch on certain surveys...or maybe not... :dontknow:
