The best way to get rid of seeing spots before your eyes is to take vitamin e pills.
I happened to notice this whenever i'd take vitamin e. Give it a try, it really works.

If your seeing spots before your eyes or floating spots you need to see an optometrist. Something is wrong.
-
when that happened to me, I just needed to drink more water.

I've been aking vitamin e daily for about 2 months now, and after a long while on the computer, I still see spots sometimes. Not to say that it doesn't work though. ;)
-
i should try that, thanks

Just stand close to a white wall with a pen and enjoy connecting the dots.

Oldbuddy...you're funny. I don't mean that in a rude way. I truly mean you make me laugh. I read your posts and you crack me up sometimes.
As for the spots in the eyes, I always get that with a bad headache. Never thought about supplements.

Thank you for that comment, it really means a lot to me. Why hang out here if you can't have a little fun, but I worry sometimes that I might offend someone. Now that I know at least one person enjoys it, watch out! ;D

Seeing spot and squiggly lines before your eyes is a sign of a potential stroke. So I've heard, but don't quote me on that.

You make it fun. We all need to de-stress and laugh more. Life's too short and too hard. :angel11:

I think my MIL told me once it was protein and pigment from damage to your eyes. :dontknow: But best bet would be to ask your doctor about it. Could be something potentially serious.

If you are seeing spots you really need to go see an eye doctor. I had this problem several years ago. I too started taking vitamins and it helped, temporarily. When the vitamins stopped helping, it was too late, I now have permanenet eye damage. I am not trying to scare you, but I am encouraging you to see an optomitrist. It may be something as simple as getting glasses or changing a prescription, but don't put it off! Don't be stubborn like me!

Don't quote me on this, but I read somewhere once that if you see black dots, it could be a type of worm on your eyes and a simple visit to your eye doctor can cure them.
