summer will be here in a little while.
many people will be shopping for sunscreen.
many of the products don't work; they don't protect.
a good example is those spray sunscreens.
my family used those and still got burned.
I used a different one and didn't get burned.
there are certain common ingredients that are used.
just because these ingredients are commonly used doesn't make them the best.
best would be a chemical free environment and since we don't have such a thing, we can be more careful about our choices.

I do not and never have used sunscreen I never get a sunburn even tho I spend a lot of time outside
-
I know it's important but somehow i just rarely remember to use it. Probably because I never *intend* to be outside for a long time, I just get to doing one thing and then another
-
I always forget, to use it.

Thank you for the reminder about sunscreen. I tend to forget to use it, or admittedly, I am too stubborn to use it. I know it's for safety, but given as I tan easily and don't burn unless I'm out of doors for more than an hour at a time on very direct sun days, it means that I tend to forego sunscreen unless I'm skiing or at the pool. This reminder will help me remember the importance of why sunscreen is a good idea - and also what types of sunscreens are good ideas, too!

I wear sunscreen quite a bit. Not only do I not tan at all, I go straight to burn, I hear it's good against premature wrinkles. I just use a moisturizer with SPF in it. If I'm really going to be out in the sun for long periods of time then I'll use an actual sunblock.

I know it's not good but I only really use sunscreen when I am the beach and sometimes not even then. I never burn.
-
I use them. Also, I wear PPC-Personal protective clothing. My question is: Do they really work or depends
on your skin type and condition?
-
I sun screen with 50 spf or higher. Sometimes I wonder if it does much still as I do get sunburn. But I also worsening what could eventually result to liver spots or worse. My daughter I definitely enforce sun screen coverage.

I don't really use sunscreen because I don't really burn that much in the summer time. If I was on the beach somewhere where it is really hot I will use it while I am on the beach.
-
never in the sun long enough to put on sunscreen, well i really don't need it or use it
-
I always use sunscreen because I am so fair skinned.
-
I never use sunscreen. I probably should but I am just really lazy to buy it and also dont have the money to get it right now.
-
I use it rarely. However when my grandchildren come over to swim I am quick to put it on them. Guess I should think of myself also but I don't.
-
Used it sometimes if its too hot. I grew up in a tropical country so sun is just usual in our place.
-
I rarely use it and I really should because I'm fair complexion.
-
I almost never use it but I am not in the direct sunlight that much.
-
Its snowing where I live.
-
I use sunscreen if I'm going to be outside for an extended period of time, usually running.

I use the sunscreen made for babies (because the others I've tried cause allergic reaction so bad it wasn't funny.) SPF 50 and I still burn (redhead), so I wear alot of stuff in summer (always have my head covered or the sun makes me sick), sunglasses, usually long lightweight sleeves with high neck on my tops (or a scarf). My legs & feet don't burn as easily (for some reason) so sandals & shorts are ok.
