Of the 4 feral cats I had, i'm down to 1. Two beautiful greys were given away. Both were socialized and very loving. I had a male and the runt left. From the time they were born, the male and runt were always together. I got vouchers to help pay to fix them both and the night before we had the appt., the male left and we haven't seen him since. :( All the cats stayed on our property and never left, so we have no idea what happened to him.
In the meantime, we got the runt fixed and she turned out to be sort of a house cat now. She has made herself at home since we had to keep her in a cage for 7-10 days. It does break my heart, though, because she knows exactly when I used to feed them outside and she wants to go out. When I let her out, first thing she does is cry for her brother and even check under the porch where they used to stay.
She's such a clown and beginning to be a real pest. She will flop down in front of us when we're walking and roll over and over and over....and she meows incessantly all the time she's awake. It drives us nuts and we don't know how to stop it!
Any ideas on how to stop her for doing the 2 above things?

Oh, I have created many monsters over the years. LOL The thing is, it's never the same show twice. I have to borrow the classic line: Life is like having pets, you never know what you're gonna get. :bunny: :cat: :dog: :monkey:
As far as suggestions for the flopping and meowing, try to give her as much attention as you can and be patient.
Our brood of kitties have always been used to having the other kitties around. You've heard of pack rats, well, we have pack cats. Maybe your little girl is crying so much because she misses the others as you have stated. :(
Maybe she needs a companion. It's hard to tell what would happen if another pet is brought in.
Do you have any dogs or know of anyone who may let you 'borrow' their dog for a little while to see how she reacts?

How long has it been? I had 2 and the older one died and the younger one cried for a couple days but moved on. I don't guess you have a blanket or something they slept together on you could bring inside for her to sleep on? Would you consider getting another cat for her to pal around with? There is a chance the boy is off tom catting and will show back up.

Aww poor baby, she misses her brother :(
Like others said, maybe she needs a companion. With another kitten, they'd be able to play together and keep each other company.
It might also be because she's bored. Having been living outside, where she can chase bugs, play with pebbles, bird watch, etc., it's probably very boring in the house for her. Try to play with her more. If she's still a kitten, she'll probably chase around anything that moves. Just buy one of those toys on a wand and you can probably play with her while watching tv just by waving the wand around :D

I think she probably needs a playmate, most kittens need to rid extra energy and another kitten or young cat would help keep her busy. Her rolling is attention, she loves you guys and wants to be petted. I don't know how long her brother is missing, but like countrygirl said, if it's not a really long time he just may be out 'looking for love' and might come back after Tom catting. Good luck.

Maybe a buddy for her will help like the others said.
