Title: Well, that was somewhat disturbing....

Who is that humorous to???

Maybe your comic is meant as a political cartoon and supposed to be serious. Or maybe that isn't what the artist intended. Who knows. I usually don't put too much thought into the content of paid to click.

Post by: UGetPaid on May 11, 2017, 11:20:50 am: This comic also ran several months ago. I agree that it is in poor taste. There have been a few over the past few years that I either did not understand or had no detectable humor to them at all. This is one of them.

We've all probably seen depictions in various cartoons or movies of dehydrated people crawling in the desert sand, gasping: "Water! water!!!" In this case there is a baby crawling and crying for "wa wa..." I assume the artist is trying to draw some sort of comparison, but there is no humor to it in my opinion.

I don't remember the caption, but decided it was a play on words. I rarely "get" the comics, anyway. It's once in a blue moon that I actually laugh at one!

Dan's Cartoons are off-the-wall sometimes. Anyway, I am glad the subject was brought up here so I didn't feel like I was the only one.
