I went to the link you provided to see what this was all about.  Maybe I'm missing something, but this doesn't appear to be an FC offer.  Am I wrong?

Don't think I'll be trying that since it doesn't appear to be FC related.  Might be a way for Verizon to get info to start sending you promo stuff.
