For disqualifying you after you complete a survey. I would venture to say it has happened at least 10 times in the past few days. NO other site does this. If you complete it you get paid. I can think of one time it happened on another site and I complained and the site went in and marked my survey as complete and I got paid for it.

I've gone through a similar experience many times and it doesn't bother me any more. If surveys get that frustrating take a break from it a little while.

Sometimes others are taking the same survey at the same time and they may finish before you and that may mean they have reached the quota that they need. If you feel this way about surveys then stop doing surveys. Like someone else said, it's rare that I will even begin a 30 minute survey unless the pay is really good.

Something similar happened to me yesterday.I was almost done with a survey,over 80%%completed,when I got DQ'd.Fortunately,it was a short survey.It only took me 10 minutes to get as far as I did on it.

Did you read my entire post? Apparently not. This site is the absolute worse for revoking payments and disqualifying people after 30 minutes in a survey. Other sites do not do that. I don't think I have ever had a payment revoked on another site. And it is extremely rare to get to the end of a survey and then get disqualified on other sites. Only here.

I hate it when I get to end of a survey and then it says you do not qualify. It doesn't matter the length of the survey. You just got cheated out of your payment.

Still waiting on $119 cashout...let it ride for 4 months without cashing out, cashed in last week...says to expect it in a month!?

You cannot disagree with facts. Again, I ask did you read my original comment? Or did you just read the title and comment? I said THIS SITE IS THE WORSE FOR REVOKING PAYMENTS OR DISQUALIFYING YOU AFTER COMPLETING A SURVEY. And it is. NO OTHER sites do this.

You do surveys that take 4 minutes and get paid 60 cents? We must be offered different surveys. Most of the ones I see say 15-60 minutes and they take a lot longer than they say they will. And yes 10 times in the past few days is a lot. Thus my being frustrated.

I do not attempt to do any of the longer surveys. I only attempt to do those which are 15 min or less because I know it is going to take me much longer than they say it will.

That is the approach I take as well. Most of the surveys will state about how long they should take to complete. For the most part that information is fairly accurate.
If I see an indication that the questionnaire takes a longer time or if I'm rerouted to such a survey, I usually 'x' out and go to another survey. More often than not there are surveys that take much less time and I am very happy with the reward. :)

it does happen a lot on here, but its still an ok site. still can't figure out why the FC survey is now on the left side and not having a bunch of surveys on the right side of the page or in the center, that daily site for FC survey that pays .55 cent, it doesn't work, nothing to click on, but it works on Cashcrate site.

Frankly, the truth is this site is the worst when it comes to "Customer Service". I can't really think of a time where a problem getting credit was resolved period. It's always the same canned "We can't do anything about it" answer. I think they seriously need to work on that, if after 10 years the support ticket function is still useless.

Perfect Example : I just completed a survey for 50 cents that said it would take 11 minutes. It took close to an hour. But after spending 45 minutes I am not going to just x out of it. I want my freakin 50 cents. lol

I agree with that. I have contacted support a couple of times. Now I just don't bother. I posted a while back where I done a survey on another site and after 30 or so minutes the last two questions were :
Are you gay? I said NO
Are you transsexual? I said NO
And then I get the oh you don't qualify to take this survey. I contacted support and told them if the people doing the survey wanted a gay transsexual to take the survey that should have been the first two questions. They went back in and marked the survey as complete and I did get paid. SO they CAN do something about it. If you complete the survey you should get paid. Unless you fail the quality control questions which proves you are not reading the questions. And there have been topics on here where people have admitted they lie in the surveys and just click what ever trying to get paid.

I have also experienced that scenario too, but not often. Just continue and move on forward with the next survey and hope the next one will credit. You can only P-E-R-S-E-V-E-R-E. :neutral:

I agree with you! I did a survey for over an hour about a new drama on television. I was not going to attempt it but it was for $2.40 so I gave it a try. I totally wasted my time! I did not get paid! I did not bother to contact support. I am a member of other sites as well and yes it seems to happen here the most!!! We should be paid for our time not our answers but until there is a law preventing this there is nothing we can do.

Well I was doing good but I done one a while ago that still has not credited. : ( So I am gonna quit for tonight.
Maybe it will still show up since it said I had completed the survey and would receive my reward. Not sure any one else does this but I always look and make sure it credits before I even start another survey.
I agree we should be paid for our time but there will never be a law preventing it since this is not a real job. The survey should have specifics. I need this:
Women
Between 19-49
Lives in the US
Working full time
Has 3 or more kids
You ask these questions up front. If the person fails one of these requirements they get kicked out in the first 3 minutes. If the person meets the requirements for taking the survey...when you finish no matter what or how you answer the questions you get paid.
The companies manipulate the surveys. They want certain answers and kick you out when they don't get what they want. That way they can say x number of people surveyed say this ... and it is what they want to be able to say. : )

Yeah they do. Like someone else said they completed a survey and then got kicked out and contacted support and they say well the sponsor didn't pay us so we can't pay you. They can have rules. If a person completes x percent of the survey you cannot refuse to pay them.
And honestly I hardly every have this happen on other sites. Happens here all the time. To me and to others according to these forums. :D

this happens a lot you get disqualified but you get .01 cents most sites dont even give you that if you dont qualify

I stopped doing surveys when the commercial surveys stopped being available a couple years ago.
Then I aged out on most surveys.... which I find funny because I make a wage & am in charge of spending in my household of 5.
Sorry that the surveys aren't working for you; the survey people should count someone taking the survey as part of the quota number & not continue to allow people to start more than the number of surveys offered... that would make the most sense. Crazy business model.

In the years I've been signed up with FC, I only had one survey payment revoked. Of course, I rarely qualify for surveys. I just did one for $0.50 today. Said it would take 6 minutes, took 15, but I did it. That was the FIRST survey I qualified for in 33 days, so tried a few more and was DQ'd from all of them. Whatever....I just move on then.
The qualifying questions usually always include area of residence, age, gender, kids, etc. Of course, I feel I'm usually DQ'd because of my age and residence, but it doesn't hurt to try. It's frustrating but I'm used to it. :)
BTW, it happens to me on all the other sites, too. I'm forever DQ'd.

I get what your saying about the surveys. I've stayed away from them due to time constraints recently. And when I do sit down to do em I avoid particular survey companies. I do surveys through FC... but if say it's a GTM survey I opt out of it before even attempting. Seems they are one of the survey companies that I'll complete a survey and won't see the pay out so I don't bother with em' any longer.

Yes this happens to me i just keep going trying get those surveys to make money, I know the moble veido is great that keeps going 24/7 so you make money there. But don't give up keep going.

I don't know what that is. I need to check it out. I have had problems with the videos before. They either won't play or don't credit.

I completely understand your plight, it has happened to me too not just on fusion cash. Yes no matter where it happens it sucks. I recommend you just pick your surveys more carefully, as you know it could happen again. The way gpt's work is they pay you free money to do things we all know nothing's trully free so a late disqualification is the price you gotta pay I guess. So sorry the survey wasted your time! :heart: :rose: :angel11:

Well to be honest, it has stopped surveys for me, i don't get surveys like i used too, they said the advertisers can do that without reason, then they said i rush thru or too slow or I cheated the system, WHAT!!!!, I don't know how to cheat the system, I'm not a genius, I'm not using anything to cheat the system, i do what i can to make money off surveys, then they took off the Radiology, and the VideoLab,so they told me I have to find other ways to make money, DANG!!!!, thought this site was good in the beginning, but now it's slow.

I do a lot of surveys and sometimes I am just not the right fit for survey, but I feel your pain. If I have wasted ten minutes then hey said I don't, but it's ok

I really pick and choose my surveys if I feel like there's a chance of completing it. One thing about this site that others do not is that you are reward 1¢ if you don't qualify. However, there have been times when that doesn't even occur because the survey won't kick you back to the FC survey page to get the credit.

I think it is something we should address because it is an issue that has happened to all of us past present and will be something ongoing. Hopefully these companies will take notice of that and help improve on this so we can all get compensated for our time.

I know. But it is aggravating. I usually try all of the surveys because you never know which you will qualify for and when I spend a lot of time on here I am usually trying to get some money :) Some I read the title and know it is not something I will qualify for. :D

I got a notice somewhere or another that said I was a bad survey taker. I did not even know how to respond to that. I do know that they know WHO you are. They probably have a compilation of names and addresses of people who do surveys. lol. Idk. Like somebody else said the first 10-15 questions are the same age, sex, state, and so on. You can answer them without studying the questions.

Some of them do but a lot of them do not. I think the 2 that I recently did not get paid for (and I opened a support ticket) just said I received credit but it did not kick me back to FC. I just eventually had to close that window out. SO I may never see that pay. It was a 50 cent one and a $1.80 one. Seems like chicken feed but it adds up.

That would be nice. The only way to make that happen is for every one to just stop doing the surveys. Let the companies go back to calling people on the phone and getting cussed. haha. OR sites like this one need to say okay if my people do 40% of the survey you cannot kick them out. And if they complete it you will pay them. Not kick them out because you do not like the answers.
I have also seen where they say they have testing questions where they ask a question a different way and want you to give the same answer. Well that is stupid as well. If you ask the question in a different way you very likely will get a different answer. Doesn't mean the person is trying to cheat or lying.
And this kind of answers what somebody else said : We, every one on here, for what ever reason are here to try to make some extra money. I doubt anybody on here is just here for kicks. If I didn't need the money I would not waste my time. I have a full time job but need the extra I get from sites like this one. So it is frustrating when you spend time trying to make a little extra and then don't get paid.

If you don't do surveys then how to you make money? I don't have time to watch videos all day nor listen to the radio thing. So I get 2 cents for the email and that doesn't even count toward by 5 cents to get the 15. lol

I think most survey sites (except panel sites) will do this periodically as they're determined if the originators of the surveys have met their quota or not. Unfortunately, it's something you will have to understand the risk.

I have to agree with this. I have NEVER had payment revoked from any other site. FC is the only one. It's been a problem as long as I have been on this site. I would much rather take a lower payout for screening in the beginning and/or guaranteeing payment if survey is complete.
With that said, i've earned more on this site than any other gpt I belong to.

Thankfully, I have not been disqualified after doing an entire survey yet. Is there nothing FC can do about this? That would definitely tick off a lot of members!

I really hate doing the surveys,,,,, I have taken so much time doing them and then every once in while I get disqualified for them. Or i get most of the way through and it says you are not right for this survey !!! That is what makes me so mad. It should come up right away and tell you that not after spending a half hour takeing the survey.

I have to disagree on this point in my own personal experience. I DO experience it more often on Fusion Cash - but then again, I take many more surveys on Fusion Cash than the other sites as well. But percentage/proportionally wise - I think the DQ rate is about the same -- even the last minute ready to submit final results DQ.

What we need to remember is fusioncash is not responsible for payments fron surveys or revokes if you dont get paid they dont get paid. I have learned what surveys to go around i try not to spend over 30 minutes on a survey and have also noticed when a survey begins to repeat questions you have already done you more than likely are going to be dqed or will not get to complete. Now i do agree it can be annoying that is why you learn which sureveys have done that before and dont do them again. Happy cash outs and good luck in the future.

I agree with a lower pay for surveys. I am a member of another site and each survey pays 50 cents. I have qualified for every survey I started and never been disqualified in the middle.
I probably have made more on this site than any other. Although I have not cashed out in 3 months. haha

I get the if the survey people don't pay them then they can't pay us. I think FC needs to do more to take care of its members. The people who do the surveys have your info and I guarantee they use your answers even if they don't pay you. I just think when the sites like FC make a deal with the ones doing the survey it needs to be if you do the survey then you get paid. They should not be able to reject your answers and not pay you. Just my, and a bunch of other people on here's opinion. haha. But I do see what you are saying. :)

I don't think this site is the worst compared to others but it can get difficult to qualify for a survey. I do not think it should be that hard especially for what they pay. This week I also completed two surveys and did not receive credit.

I have that happen on Opinion Outpost a lot. One of the reasons I rarely use that site anymore. I usually don't have it happen often on this site though.

I used to work for a company that did surveys on the phone. I would dial over 1000 numbers a day to find our target consumer. Some days I would get about 10 and some days I would get 1 done. The client that hired the company to do these surveys have a target of people they need survey from, whether it is a certain age, race, male or females. It is really hard to find the target you need. So please do not get discouraged about disqualifying for a survey. The most surveys I did one in 8 hour shift was 75. But trust me when I say I have more bad days finding the target we need than good days of completing surveys.

I don't understand. You called people on the phone and tried to get them to do a survey? And you were paid by the number of people you got to respond? I could NOT do that. Most people these days do not want to be called on the phone and ask to do a survey, purchase something, or hear they won something. And they smart off to the person calling.
Like I said on another thread I called a woman I did not know (had to do with her mother) and she immediately smarted off and informed me she did not have time to listen to me and hung up. Later she was upset with me because I supposedly did not tell her. I politely informed her in front of everyone - I tried to talk to you and you smarted off and hung up - Remember? I think you said you were pumping gas??? Point being - most people get mad when a person they don't know calls their number and they yell at them before they even find out what the call is. lol

Its quite frustrating when u waste time trying to qualify for survey and dont.I wish these formats would be quicker to decide if you do or dont and have your info already up to begin with.

Hitch -- OR when you totally complete the survey and then it says "oh sorry you didn't qualify to take this survey". Well then it should not have let me do it. That happened today. And you know they will use my answers!

Surveys are the bulk of my earnings. Otherwise I just have a couple pennies. I don't have time to sit and watch videos and seems like most times those never credit for me.

I love Fusion Cash and for the most part have never had any complaints about it, but this part is frustrating, so I do agree that whether you qualify or not should absolutely be determined within a few questions, i.e., a couple minutes at most and not 10-30.

Also, it happens very infrequently on that site. I would have made anywhere from about $1.00 to as much as $4.00 a month more on Fusion if during the past 4-5 months I would receive the credit for surveys that are completed. I am not sure why this happens somewhat regularly on Fusion and would like to know what is responsible for it. This, and the canned response from Fusion customer service, are the biggest negatives to this site.

I feel your frustration. It has happened to me a few times. If it happens to me more than twice in a day, I just leave and come back the next day. I feel that they are having issues and I can't do anything about it. is it right? No. Can I do anything about it? I could vent but then move on. But that is what I do. I move on and come back some other time. Don't get discouraged about this incident. You have been very successful here and you should keep your success going. :)

This, and the canned response from Fusion customer service, are the biggest negatives to this site.
Exactly! I have had 5 that is FIVE surveys that I completed in the past week that when I finished it said "you have completed the survey and will receive credit" but the credit never showed up.

I feel your frustration. It has happened to me a few times. If it happens to me more than twice in a day, I just leave and come back the next day. I feel that they are having issues and I can't do anything about it. is it right? No. Can I do anything about it? I could vent but then move on. But that is what I do. I move on and come back some other time. Don't get discouraged about this incident. You have been very successful here and you should keep your success going. :)
Yeah usually when ONE never credits I quit. I usually wait for the one I completed to credit before I do another one. And you are correct. I have made over $1000 since I started. Be it that is for 5 years but that is pretty good for what I do here. I just get aggravated when I don't get paid for a survey or when I compete it and then it says oh you did not qualify to take this survey. But they will still use my answers. Grrr

If you don't qualify for surveys, that isn't the website's problem. Maybe you just don't fit the bill.

Can it be frustrating? yes. But here is the way I look at it. For as many surveys that I haven't gotten credit for (which is a very LOW percentage in my experience, but others' experience may vary) Fusion Cash has paid me $69 for stuff that they really don't have to - the monthly $3 forum bonus. Have I invested a lot of time in earning that $69? Absolutely. Most of my posts are more than a line or two and I try to not be mindless or repetitive in my posts. But if I miss out on a survey or two a month (I get DQed for MANY more than that, but I average well below one survey a month that I get 95-100% through and do not get paid) - I still more than make up for that with my $3 forum bonus.

If you don't qualify for surveys, that isn't the website's problem. Maybe you just don't fit the bill.
Maybe you did not read the comments. I have no problem with not qualifying for a survey. But that should be determined before I complete the survey.

How do you know that? Are you kicked out after checking Asian as your race (or what ever word I need to use here)? To prove that is true I would choose another race and see if it lets you proceed.

It's not FusionCash's fault if you get disqualified from a survey. I don't always have good luck with surveys, but I still manage to keep enhancing my online money making routine.

I don't usually do surveys on FusionCash. I like being able to see offers credit within seconds after I complete them. Some offers are great about that. You just have to decide whether or not you are willing to risk wasting your time.
There is one site where I will do one survey a day. If I'm disqualified I still receive .01 for making the effort. :heart:

It IS their fault if they let you complete a 40 minute survey and then kick you out or just don't pay you because they did not like your answers. Some of you seem to be missing what I said. I understand I will not qualify for EVERY survey. But if I COMPLETE the survey then obviously I qualified. Or don't ask the main qualifying question as the last question of a 30-40 minute survey and then try to kick me out. That happened on another site and I contacted the site and they went in and paid me for the survey. The last 2 questions were Are you gay and Are you transsexual. My argument was if you want a gay transsexual to take the survey then ask those questions first. They must have agreed because they went in and changed my survey status to completed survey. So the site CAN do something about it.
These sites get paid really good to host these surveys. I done one last night that the disclaimer said I would be paid $1.50 by the site hosting the survey. But FC had the survey listed to pay 75 cents and that is what I got paid. So FC kept the other 75 cents. Plus what ever they are paid by the person doing the survey.

A penny? So that is what? 30 cents a month tops? Like I said before the surveys are the only way I can make money on this site. I don't have time to sit and watch videos all day or do the radio thing. And the email is 2 cents. If I think about it I will do it the email though.

I too have completed surveys, and never got paid for completing the surveys. No sure FC never do something about being a victim of completing a 30 minute survey and for them to say I am sorry you are not qualified. >:(
