Title: Help with changing paypal account

I had an unverified paypal account, then I verified it and I KNOW it's verified but when i try to cashout it wont let me  :BangHead: still says its unverified

All I can suggest is to send in a support ticket and to be patient  :)
I know this is usually hard to do...I too was a little frustrated with
Alertpay going through that process!  But it did happen, finally....
