Title: keeping my fingers crossed
Post by: Katie_thehappywife on July 10, 2017, 11:26:39 am
we have to be state witnesses in a case at the hearing the judge was already showing bias against us in the case. he allowed the defendant is going to let her bring false witnesses to the court August 21,2107 who are not even a witness to anything. without seeing our evidence pictures of her doing the crime, the recordings ,the threatening letters and texts he already made the statement in open court he can gurantee no jail time. I am either uneducated on court shows or I am missing something? are not both sides supposed to present their evidence first? anyway we are trying to get a change of venue since the defendant has ties with the county and the judge.  we are searching out who files the change of venue out and how much it costs to do it? for christians who believe in prayer we need a divine miracle of God. that this judge be removed from the case. we also have conflict of interest he presided over our son has personal feelings againist him and us being his parents.

It is hard when you live in a small town and the defendant is friends, judges and such. But your lawyer can get it moved to another district. We have a lot of cases that are moved here  from other districts because this kind of  crap.

Talk with the lawyer.  Sometimes the justice system is not fair because it's run by man and sad to say some are crooked and not really interested in getting to the truth.

Katie until Gods kingdom obliterates this satanic, manmade, independent system injustice will prevail.Even knowing that doesnt make it less sad when we or a loved one are victims of it.The best example is they tried and killed Jesus who didnt deserve that.

But in the end Jesus said "He conquered"all the BS Satan threw at him and proved him the wicked liar he always was.Sometimes you can bow your head and ask God in Jesus name to give you peace and that goes a long way when we are on trial for injustice and remain patient in Gods time this system will end and a righteous order will bring love, peace and justice for all that survive Gods war.

I am praying for you, and just did.

God is able to do more than we ask or imagine.

Put your hand in His, and ask for his mercy and justice.
