Lately, I've been donating plasma; which means, I've been selling some of the fluid and protein in my body. Each time I go donate I must pass a screening to make sure my protein level is high enough.
That being said, I'm motivated to increase my protein for myself and for the plasma I donate.
I recently started using a product called Vega Protein Shakes. I'm able to buy it from Walmart and it's gluten free and loaded with nutrition so I feel good about drinking it, whether I exercise or not.
Do you have a favorite protein shake?
Where are you getting your protein?

I don't have a favorite other than the ones we make at home. The store bought ones just don't seem to taste as good.

I drink protein shakes all the time, they really help a lot when I don't have time to eat right.

I use a protein shake that contains coffee so its a good meal replacement for me

I've tried them, but not ever hooked!

I drink them once in a while. The two that I have right now aren't protein shakes, just like a supplement. One is chocolate flavored with fruits, veggies, mushroom, and probiotics. The other one is a green drink.
