Title: Fantasy Football 2017
Post by: Iamag27 on July 24, 2017, 04:01:50 pm
I saw a guy named Kohler set up a fantasy football league last year and had people join. I wasn't in it, but that sounds like a great idea to me. Does anyone who was in the league last year have any comments about it? Would people be willing to do this again? Obviously, it would be a free league to join, but I still think it would be fun to go up against other FC users

Kohler is Fusioncash staff for future reference

I was in it and ended up in 2nd place. It was fun and I enjoyed getting some money for something I would've done anyway.

I've been checking periodically to see if a 2017 league was forming, but so far have seen nothing. I missed the sign up deadline last year just barely, so I want to be sure to join in 2017 if it is going to happen.  I think Kohler used the Yahoo platform to organize the league last time if I am correct.  I suppose I should see if my old Yahoo login still works - haven't used that site in years!

I played in FC's fantasy football league last year.  I think I came in 3rd (received $1.00 at end of season).  It was amazing to me considering I missed about half of the draft so that I literally lucked out with some top players by default.  I grew wiser through a learning curve early on.  I would hope Kohler forms it again.  Sept. is right around the corner.

Did we miss the window on this, or is there still a chance?  I have seen some leagues that don't form until after the first week in other scenarios.

Kohler has been too busy in his personal life to run the weekly quiz/sports contests, so I'm guessing FF is a no-go this season.
