When I try to set up my direct deposit it keeps taking me to the screen that says I have to complete my user profile, and when I click on the link to the profile, I put in the same information, click "Check" and then "Set up Direct Deposit" but I go through the same process! HELP!

Just out of curiosity, did you fill out the part where you put your bank account and routing number in. If you did that part double check it to make it is right. If you did all the steps and still having problems I would suggest contacting fusioncash for help. That is the only solution I have for you. I am on direct deposit and had no problems setting it up.. I used to use direct to Paypal then after a couple years it said my name didn't match. Oh well, now I just get my check in the mail.

I didn't have difficulty when I set up my direct deposit. Look over how you set it up carefully. Otherwise contact support so they can tell you exactly what's happening.

Not sure what the problem is, I set mine up with no problem.

I receive payout through paypal.

I set upy direct deposit just fine to my bank account. It's easy.

I never got Direct Deposit here on FC but I have on another site. You just need to give them your banking information and routing number.

Geeze a lot of problems with payments lately. I use to get a check now paypal. Never got direct deposit but should work.

Just make sure all the information is correct. The process should not repeat itself
