All of a sudden, I stopped receiving surveys, so, I contacted support and received the response that one or more advertisers removed me but they don't know the exact reason for the ban.  They suggested that it could be for a variety of reasons - cheating the system in some way, answering surveys too fast/too slow, continually giving different answers.  I haven't done any of these things so I was just confused.  The only thing I've done recently that was different was that I took a survey from my iPad instead of my desktop computer.  But I used my iPad from my home on my home Wi-Fi connection so I don't see this as a violation?  Or is it?   ???

It's actually not advised to take surveys on mobile devices unless its specified to do so but that shouldn't cause that mich of an issue.

Are you a member of multiple survey sites? Is there someone else using the same internet connection taking surveys as well?

If a person does a survey on this site, then did the same survey on another site, maybe that would be why

Not saying you did, but might be a reason?

HTTP ERROR 500

I am trying to determine if I am banned or something. I had this problem a week or so ago, and it just cleared up.

having the same problem! it says there is a problem and that i can't access the surveys page... How am i suppose to take surveys   :( :( :( :(

kaat1220, yes, before I realized that all the surveys were gone from my page, I did have a few error messages when I tried opening a survey.

Sometimes what you think is speeding through a survey is different than what the company thinks. i would keep trying with FusionCash support to see if you can take surveys again.

I got banned from one of the survey requester one time... I guess I missed some security questions and my score went down. I got blocked for a whole year...
I guess it can happen, and not always do you find an answer to what might have happened.
But there's many more surveys out there... just keep looking and be patient!
