Title: Calling All Support Staff

Can someone please fix the surveys page? Many of us are getting HTTP 500 errors when we click on surveys.

It's hard to make money if we cannot take surveys.

Hello? Is this thing on?

I am not having this problem. It may be on your end. Try restarting your computer or running a program to clean out viruses, etc.

Multiple people have reported the same problem so I would think its a site problem. It didn't work for me for about 2 days then suddenly  worked long enough to take one survey then there was an error again. It seems to be working again this morning but who knows if its been really  fixed

I had already done those things before posting about the issue here. It's been like this for days. It just let me take two surveys, and now, it's back to the HTTP 500 error.

I am glad you are not having an issue, but enough of us are having it so we know it's not our pcs or being banned, etc.

In addition, HTTP 500 issues can generally only be fixed by the website. It would be nice if someone checked in once in awhile to see if things were running smoothly.

Yes, it has been resolved. I was unable to access the site (along with some others), but it's fine now.

I lost 3-4 days though. I just hope this doesn't get to be a habit. It's the second time I have run into this error in as many months.
