Title: Another surgery

Well, I get my staples from my foot surgery out tomorrow...then have another surgery Oct 1st...hope I'll be back at least 75% by New Year :)

Please remember to do just as dr says and you should be fine if you dont stay off right amount of time it will not heal properly!Good luck!

Take it easy.  I sure hope you get back to 100% soon.  I have had back problems for a while and I am working reallly hard to get back but it seems I keep having other health issues.
