yay I have lost 7 pounds in like the last week and a half.
I have been walking my 10,000 steps thanks to work and the motivation of the fitbit
so when I went from 259 back up to 273.6 I really had to look at what I was eating and last night when I weighted myself I was back to 265.4
its so very exciting.

Yay, I have gained 9 pounds and I hate it. Got to get back to exercising.

That is absolutely awesome. I have lost probably about 50+ over the last 1 1/2 years. I know to some that seems slow but it is fine for me at my age and it gives me enough to eat. Continued good fortune for your weight loss.

Wow! That's a great start! Keep it up! Another really motivating exercise thing is to download Charity Miles to your smartphone. It will pay 25 cents a mile to your favorite charity for every mile you walk, run or bike. It really keeps me motivated to get out there and do it because I don't want my favorite charity to miss out on the bucks and it may do the same for you too.
