Title: It's been 12 days since I submitted a ticket

Still waiting for the 'team' to answer and correct the problem I encountered.

Agreed, I have been waiting for months.  I thought in the beginning this website was awesome, now I disagree.

Depends on the nature of the ticket . If it's not a major issue you will wait a while regardless but if it is then mostly a week to two
