Is anyone getting the HTTP 500 error when clicking on surveys?
-
No haven't come across that Error yet, hopefully won't.
-
have not had that one at all since I've been here.... might want to put in a support ticket and see if they can help
-
Sorry. I forgot to update this. It only was a problem for around 10 minutes.
One week though, it was for days. So, I guess I was a bit alarmed that it was starting again.
All is well . . .

And the error is back again. Come on Fusion, fix this please!
-
yes I did
-
It comes and goes. I do notice though that when the error goes away, there are a lot of new surveys.
I wonder if that error sometimes happens when new surveys are being added?
-
I have not getting errors
-
Error 500 isn't a fusioncash issue its a your computer issue. Your browser in paticular

Yeah I have and also 404 error
-
Error 500 usually happens to me if my browsers catch needs to be cleared or the survey just does not like the browser that I'm using at the time
-
I haven't been having this problem
-
I haven't had trouble with this yet
-
Customer Service got back to me and said I was the only one having this issue. I notified them that three months ago that many of us (double digits) were experiencing this error. Most lost around 3-4 days. They asked to see that thread, and I sent it to them.

I too have this problem "HTTP ERROR 500". I have not been able to access the account page for close to a month now. In my opinion, the problem has to be on fusiocash's end. Multiple times I have cleared all cache, history, etc and tried to access the page with no luck. I have gone as far as trying multiple different browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and different platforms (Windows, Android). Without this issue being fixed, I cannot cashout.
Support team simply told me they could reach the page via Chrome but that's it.
-
I would keep contacting them if this is preventing you from cashing out. That is utterly unacceptable.
Fusion has GOT to start doing better with answering those who need help.

i am really starting to get very unhappy. Almost (2) months now and I still can't access "My Account" page. I have put in tons of support messages and still no solution.
It gets even better though because I have been told I am going to be inconvenienced even more. I have to wait until this is resolved to get paid. UNBELIEVABLE.

Today, 12/20, surveys are definitely not acting as usual. Not sure what is going on. I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer but things are still not as they should be. I have completed 2 surveys in a row and received no credit for either one. Also, surveys are just "hanging," not always going to the disqualification screen. I realize you don't receive a 1 cent DQ for all, but they are just not performing as they usually do. Maybe there is some maintenance or refreshment that Fusion needs to do!
-
Well, I guess we may have some progress. I was able to get past the error for (1) day and cashout after some website maintenance. Still, I haven't been paid in (2) months because of this issue. However, I am back to square one because the error is back and still constant. 2 months and counting....
-
Minion:
You cannot say it's my browser issue for sure. I do surveys on other sites, and I NEVER have a problem.
However, I did clear my cache TWICE, and it went away, but there is something else going on here.
If it were browser related, I'd be having this problem everywhere.
-
I have no issues to report....
-
I was getting that error message but not in the last couple of weeks.
-
getting the errors today and not the survey page won't load I've switched browsers ans such and nothing is working
-
I don't believe I've had this happen, well not recently anyhow that I can remember, but I'm just wondering if it could be caused from malware, spyware, etc. Twice in the last month I had clicked a link from what I thought should be a trusted site, while I was on Yahoo, and I ended up with a full page of some stupid thing I couldn't click out of. Something about Microsoft update I believe, but it worried me when I couldn't get rid of it. I had to do a reboot and it did go away, but like I said it happened another time, so I upgraded my anti-virus and did a couple scans. Deleted temp files and all that stuff and have not had another problem with it. Just a suggestion.

@tuffy
Appreciate the suggestion but I'm way ahead of you. I know for a fact I'm free, clean and clear on that front. No malware.
This problem is 100% Fusioncash website. After some website maintenance, the error went away for me for (1) day. Support told me, "We made some changes on the backend database to correct the issue." I can only assume this was a temporary fix because (1) day later I was back at square one. More than (2) months now and I still can't access "MY ACCOUNT" page.

I know I have seen a few posts from people mentioning this problem beyond myself. However, Am I the only person where this problem has been constant and ALWAYS showing the error?
-
I'm getting 404 error
-
You are not the only one who has gotten this message.
What I have found helps is if I clear my cache, and log back in.
