Title: I guess Support is on a long vacation
Post by: sfreeman8 on October 21, 2017, 06:29:28 am
 >:( It's now been 15 days since I entered a ticket to support. This happened last month, too. You can't tell me that everyone on this site submitted a support ticket before mine.....

They should be embarrassed that they are not addressing problems on this site.   >:(

They expect US to follow the rules but they no longer do. It's not fair to the people that make THEM money. >:(

I just looked at your original post you are having trouble access crowdflower from explorer, is that still the issue? Try a different browser. I finally had to give up on explorer for web surfing this last week as it was getting bogged down so many places and I was getting messages that it  couldn't support the content.  I have started using Chrome for general surfing and let me tell you I wish I kicked explorer to the curb long ago, web pages load so much faster and don't get stuck.  I do Fusion Cash with FireFox and it work great.  Microsoft stopped updating explorer to force people to use Edge but that will only run on Windows 10.

PS  I never found support to be any help when they did answer,  the people in the forum are much more helpful

No, using Chrome.  I tried using IE but it was horrible so went back to Chrome immediately. I see that others had trouble at the same time.  I'm just not getting credit for work I did and it's on the Fusion Cash side because I also submitted a ticket to Crowdflower. They said it wasn't their work/job. So, i'm still waiting for FC to take care of this. I wouldn't complain if it was only a penny or two, but this is a nice chunk of change.

I also feel that because I have complained about the lack of support that I'm not going to be getting that job anymore. Nothing to do since yesterday afternoon. It's a waste.  On the one other site I work on, I earned $0.30 in 4 hours while here I earned 1 cent in the same amount of time. That tells me that somebody's making a bunch o' money and it's not us on this site. So, after I cash out next month (because I'm nowhere near being able to do it this month, I think I'll make myself real scarce on here.

It used to be a great site for making money and I could cash out every month but every year, it takes longer and longer to cash out. I'm now up to 3 month's before I can cash out. There aren't many offers or surveys I can qualify for anymore.  If you have lots of referrals, it would pay, but after 4 years, I could only garner 2 and they haven't had any activity for almost a year. Guess they gave up, too.

believe searching the forum is the best way to get a quick answer and figure out issues without having to wait for an answer - I did that and found what I needed - got tired of waiting for a reply and learned new things, so - worth it!   :peace:

Good thing i now no not to issue a support ticket. Dont know what the problem but if its a survey for change id let it go. You have bigger fish to fry or a couple little ones.

What I do not understand is why they don't hire additional support. I think either the owner and/or one other person is doing a job meant for a larger group of people.

I rarely put in a support ticket unless it's a technical glitch, and it's the only way to get their attention. Even then, they take a long time to respond.
