how do you know if youve been credited for your 30 posts in a month?

You need to apply for it and then it shows on your Accounts page when you get it. It usually shows at the end of the next month.

You need to go back to the Adminstartor post that tells you about the "Pay-To-Post" Program and click the forum bonus request link

I am sure it shows up in your account like everything else, I have heard it takes a little time though.  I have requested 2 times and no credit yet, but I am sure it will show up soon :)
