I emailed in my Identity Verification form on 11/13/17 and I still have not heard back. Is there someone that can confirm my identification so that I can cash out? How long does this normally take? I have been trying to cash out since 10/20/17 as opened with my first help ticket and no one has helped me yet.
Anyone else having issues with their non- responsive customer service? This is ridiculous to make us wait almost 2 months to try to cash out or even get a response. :bad:

Yup, I checked my spam folder. They haven't even responded to my original ticket on 10/20/17.
Still no response via email or my ticket ::)

I have been having email problems with the Daily Email. I got a message that my email has changed but it hasn't in years. I get survey requests from FusionCash.

Well that really stinks that you can't cash out and haven't heard back from admin. It's been almost 2 months and you're right, that is a long time. So I think if it was me, I'd send another help ticket, and maybe check out the knowledge base to see if anyone else had the same problem and how it got fixed. If you do another ticket, be very cordial and also make sure you keep checking your spam. I hope it all gets resolved for you soon!
