when my husband gets off work we have to get someone arrested who stole 4,000 from us. we have all the receipts to prove it. the land owner we bought from will be charged with a felony.

Oh gosh what is wrong with people that they have no ethics. Well I certainly hope things work out to your favor as that is a lot of money to lose.

yes it is our house payments. we go as soon as my husband gets off work. we told the land owner he has zero mercy. plans to steal our home tomorrow.

How is it that he going to steal your home? Is he claiming that you haven't paid the $4000?

I hate to say it but I'm willing to bet the police tell you it's a civil matter. That is if what I'm reading into this is true, you paid and he is saying you didn't pay. Really glad you have your receipts.

I agree this is a lot of money. This person has no right to try and take your home by lying about it. This person needs to go to jail. I hope the police will do something about this person. Good luck. I hope that things go well for you

I was thinking the very same thing, which is why I asked the questions that I did above.
After just getting done with the court system and a questionable judge from what she described, I think Katie is likely heading right back to court again on this dispute.

Wow! people supposed to be nice, especially around Christmas.

I had to report a landlord years ago.
He had political connections in town so we were thrown out, and he won.
A few years later, his house (the rented one) his house burned down...faulty wiring.
Hope this works out for you.
My son is now a property owner, and he is so good with his tenants....he goes the extra mile, and you can trust his word.
