Title: Why cant we recieve our payment almost after we cashout?

Why cant we recieve our payment almost after we cashout? Why make it the 20th of every month?

they most likely do it on one day for they can send all payments out at one time instead of having to send millions of payments out on different dates.  thats my thinking anyways.
