Title: Profiles not loading

I tried to take the profile surveys (new member here) but I'm getting error messages. I'm using google chrome in case that makes a difference.

Try is with another one. firefox, explorer, etc. If that does not work drop a support ticket. They always seem to help :)

I put a support ticket in Dec 29th about it, and no response back yet.
