Title: Downloading App to your phone
Post by: dsosnowski06 on January 08, 2018, 01:13:26 pm
Just had a survey that require me to download an app to phone and keep it there for 30 minutes.  I did reject it because you never know about these things.  Would you have downloaded it for .30 cents?

I've tried downloading apps on here and it never works. I'll keep it and use it for a while, but it still doesn't credit

I don't have a smartphone but won't download anything to my computer which is probably more secure because you never know what you might get

I wouldn't trust anything telling me to download an app to my phone or computer.

I don’t load apps just to get money.  Any apps I have on my phone are apps I wanted.

It depends on the app and if I have a use for it. I won't download something just to download it, but you can always do an internet search for the app and add the word "scam" after it to see if there's any online complaints about it. For example, you want to download the XYZ app, so you do a search for "XYZ app scam" or "XYZ complaints" and see if anything pops up. If nothing, then it can't hurt.

I have done the downloading app program only twice before.  Both times I filled out a help ticket because I never got credit.  I got an explanation that until the company credits FC, FC can't pass the credit to us.  Shortly there after the credit did appear, but I ended up just deleting the apps later on. It's just a pain and I'd rather have the bonus penny for disqualified surveys than downloading apps and almost never credit.

I would never download anything no matter what the incentive is. I just pass up the offer.

I do not own a smart phone, just a regular cell phone: so often these offers do not apply to me.  I no longer download things on my pc, as this has caused many problems.

I do not like those surveys that require the downloading of an app.  I find that they seldom work.  I don't believe I've ever received credit on one.  You just might be opening Pandora's Box.

I don't download Apps, don't want to take the risk so I pass on all those types of offer, regardless of how much they are paying.

I never download anything.  I'm too paranoid.
