Title: Surveys down?
Post by: rtruskeyjr on February 15, 2018, 09:58:09 am
Are any of you having problems accessing the surveys? I keep getting a page that basically says

This page isn’t working
www.fusioncash.net is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

on Google Chrome. Any of you having problems with the surveys page? Really frustrating. I do them most of the day.

I just accessed my survey page from another tab and it is full of offers and I am able to open them as well.  The only time I have ever had any issues like what you are describing is when Fusion Cash is down for maintenance.

Also, I don't use Google Chrome on my earning sites so I don't know what to suggest there.

Maybe if you clear history, log off for a few minutes then log back on again, it will reset.

I hope it goes well for you soon.

It's doing this off and on and it's annoying. I tried on FireFox too and same problems will happen for me on FF and Internet Explorer too so it's not a Chrome issue.

The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the website's server, but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.

You may want to try another browser or clear cookies and cache.

it's hard pinpointing the exact reason why it does that, but sometimes it's due to maintenance or a simple code error... clear your cache, etc and good luck

I suggest trying a different browser.

I use Chrome and have not had a problem like that. Maybe run a virus scan too. Could be malware.
